Customer Needs uploads.google.com rules in the firewall

whois uploads.google.com

Grab the ipaddress from the whois and then do a whois on the ipaddress and grep from CIDR

whois 74.125.139.116 | grep CIDR

CIDR:           74.125.0.0/16
